Anyone who thinks the NSA needs Intel, MS or anyone else to gain access to your computer just doesn't understand.

This system is designed for use in Remote enterprise level computing, it allows the SysAdmin to remotely install an OS on a system - not a problem for the home user, but more so if the system is in a remote office or even worse remote telemetry station in the jungle.

It can also assist with installing multiple systems in an enterprise, where access is required to a system without an OS (not always windows)
