    Well I have the free version of HWinfo and mine doesn't show what you show. Anyway now I have an answer to why the double temp reading but that only leads to more questions - Why are there two different readings and what they mean?

    I guess I'll need to drill that one down elsewhere.

    Thanks.

    I'm guessing on the M.2 there is something that measures temp on the NAND(not so sensitive to heat) and one that measures the temp for the controller(very sensitive to heat) on the Samsung M.2's

    Thanks Mike. I'll look at both since I also have the H115i.

    @ThrashZone, thanks for the link.

    Less than a week until Computex. I can hardly wait to hear what Lisa Su has to say. Hope she won't disappoint us.

    Yeah, but I'm also wondering why two different temps - 37C / 43C
    There have always been two temps for the Samsung nvme. One for the controller, and one for the nand storage chips. Hwinfo64 displayed both. The controller is the hotter of the two (the controller has 5 cores).

    Weird I only get single temperature readings for my Samsung Evo 850 and Evo 860's.
