    Hi,
No mention at all about AMD matter of fact it says optimized for Intel platform so yeah ram no good for you
    Code:
Extreme performance DDR4 memory designed for gaming and PC enthusiasts

Optimized compatibility with DDR4-compatible Intel Core platforms
They are all "Optimized for Intel" because Intel invented XMP and that's all platform wise optimization there is.

You'd have to get something like this that states AMD

I found this tool on g.skills website and it doesn't list my memory as compatible but the other memory that was linked is.

    Hi,
The little I've read about memory compatibility with amd
AMD loves samsung memory chips more than micron or hynix no telling if that's true or not
One with amd... would have to use thaiphoon burner or aida64 and post what their memory shows.

I'd still pitch a B**** at Newegg simply for the fact it clearly states in the Overview: "maximum compatibility with Intel X99, 100 and 200 series platforms and AMD Ryzen processors." *Too lazy to post a pic* Newegg does make mistakes like that sometimes and they're great people (unlike some other sellers) so I never had problems returning things

What bios version is on the motherboard? If you haven't yet, flash the latest.

    Have the same board,

and have had zero issues with it since I built it a year ago. The only thing overclocked at the moment is the memory, from 2666 to 3200, and it has been rock solid since I set it there about 6 months ago. Was the cheapest 8 GB kit I could get at the time (was paying close to $300 for a 16 GB kit, darn Canadian Pesos).
