    I submitted a ticket to ASUS product support about this issue, and here's their reply for now.

    After reviewing your email I understand that you are having difficulties with enabling the Modern Standby feature on Windows 10 on your ROG MAXIMUS XI FORMULA since when you run the "powercfg /a" command is do not work. I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue, it will be my pleasure to assist you in resolving it.

    Please be advised that we will do some research with our engineers on this case for us to be able to provide you the best recommendation for the concern to be resolved as soon as possible. Please allow us 24-72 hours to complete this. I will definitely provide you an update within the time frame.

    In the event that you have additional concerns, please let me know and I will be happy to take care of them as well. Thank you for choosing ASUS.

    Got another email reply from ASUS. Hopefully, they'll come up with a solution soon.

    Shawn, something you might want to try, last night after I updated to the latest Intel RST I noticed that IRTS shows for Intel 300 series under IDE ATA in device manager, but in system devices it shows 200 series for the LPC & PCIe controllers(I found out that some OEMs do that on purpose if the is no difference in the drivers for backwards compatibility) so I tried updating through the device manager and received updates for the following:

    Anyhow, to the point:
    I always use all C States for my daily profile, and Aida64 and CPU-Z would only show 4700MHz(my cache ratio(north bridge) allowed max) als the lowest clock for my cores, after updating the above they now drop down to 800 MHz.

    Something else, but I don't feel like playing with them, the ASPM settings in BIOS and link power state inside of window.
