    Do you have CPU C10 Report turned on?
    Processor C-states (C8-C10) provide low idle power.Can't enable Modern Standby-181205184124.png

    Enabled. No change though.

    Would the "Package C State Limit" setting have any affect for this? It's currently set to "Auto".

    I disabled c-states on laptop. Any 8 series chip or later is capable of this according to intel. But mobo oem's may have many features on the mobo which wont let it run. Intel has no control over this

    Hi,
    Yeah I disable it too for ssd's but I also disable hibernation too
    Performance power plan as well.

    Balanced power plan being used Shawn ?
