You can use the preset Cliff and then loosen up some of the timings till you can boot. Keep a record of what you change and then keep trying to adjust to lower timings, Ram can be a beast to get just right but those presets are usually a good starting point.
I used a preset in my bios for 4000. Was able to tweak down to 16-17-16 36 374 1t. My ram is 3200 XMP C14 @ 1.35V. I use 1.4V for 4000 speed. Don't be afraid to add V to get stable

I'll be needing recommendations, help, and my other PC in the room (so I don't have to keep booting in to a good profile to post, then reboot into the "bad one" to make changes)
