    AMD has to do something about power needed to run their top GPUs, it's always much higher than what NV needs. Last Rx version (590) needs 230W while comparable 1060 needs only 130W or less. That must be last of Rx series.

    Good points Countmike. After re-reading the article it would seem these 7nm GPU's will target data center graphics cards initially rather than gaming GPU's anyway.

    Here's a good one for you 9900k delid/ binners
    Looks like SL doesn't use asus boards for one and binning can be different although they binned.. and mailed in chip

    Silicone lottery and 9900K delidders are 1D10T5.

    My stabile max(but not daily as I don't need it that high) is 5.3GHz.

    lol i don't think a unstable max really counts too much against a stable max

    But a binned 5.0 and with the limited settings SL gives and doesn't work might make a difference to someone that did get or request binned chips might

    I said my stabile with temps only in the low 80's under very heavy load is 5.3
    And I'm using ASUS Maximus x Hero....
