Hi,
Same one old mike got or is about to get
evga 2080ti ftw3 ultra gaming
Micro center came close with the SX I believe version but that is sort of a reference design/ dual fan and at risk I believe of all the other issues.
That's the same card I would get (EVGA 2080 Ti FTW3) but it is mighty expensive in NZ. There have been price drops here in NZ on the EVGA 2080 Ti XC but no budge on the FTW3. SX? Are you sure you don't mean XC?
B & H Photo and Newegg have the RTX 2080 FTW3 Ultra Gaming if anyone is interested in that model. And both are the same price as EVGA. Of course if you have to pay tax it would be extra.
EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING Graphics 08G-P4-2287-KR
EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING, 08G-P4-2287-KR, 8GB GDDR6, iCX2 RGB LED - Newegg.com
And you would also get Battlefield V
Only the Ti would be worth the upgrade for me. I was hoping NewEgg would get the EVGA 2080 Ti FTW3 as they ship to NZ but I inquired and it is not on their purchasing list, meaning they will probably not stock it.
This is the review I have been waiting for
I've decided I don't want either one now, no matter how nice the Bling is
I'll stick with my Thermaltake Floe Riing RGB TT Premium-Edition 360mm as it can tame my 9900K with a high OC(and all fans loud and full speed)
I understand his take on it, but using a fan controller or even the MB and setting up the fans properly would be a better way to review them, The Noctua fans are a nice upgrade, I use them on my radiator. Maybe offering BFV would make them worth it
