Ya it looks like performance takes a big hit when Ray tracing is turned on, according to the article.
Not to mention the game has to support it.

BFV is the only game for ray tracing support. You have to lower video settings to make it even playable. That to me is a gimmick.

you may be correct there Kol12... but I would suspect they suffer from the same issues
