Why buy binned when a boxed is stable at 5.3 GHz on a Z370(as opposed to a Z390 where Buildzoid says that ASUS is cheaping out on the VRMs this year, and using more inductors to make it look like more/better VRMs, but actually they are lower quality(using "dumb" doublers for the PWM signal) than the Z370 series)

    Hi,
Yeah there is a lottery for that
But yeah the prices were just insanely too high from SL for my taste but if one didn't want to play the retail lottery it is what it is I personally wouldn't

A 4.8 7900x binned and delid for it was pretty insane too it was like 1400.us for a 900.us chip

You should get even higher stable clocks and probably a higher CPU-Z validation than I, as your APEX is made for extreme OC and only has two RAM slots(higher & better RAM OC, which is good when using base clock to squeeze every MHz out of the chip with the lowest voltage possible) and better quality VRMs, and.... and...and so on.

To get the 1.376 I use Override of 1.39(no off set, and CPU SVID disabled) in BIOS with an LLC of 6,

Yeah I knew that about this board....was Steve that told me about this board long time ago.....
These temps run higher then I am used too....but that is normal I guess for this chip.... got a lot to learn.
