Go to the MSI website and find that motherboard.

Look in the support area for that motherboard.

Look for a "qualified memory list" or words to that effect.

Then search your RAM suppliers to find out the prices for the RAM on the list.

"Best and lowest price" might be a contradiction. The lowest priced RAM might be the best and it might not. More likely not, but the lowest priced RAM might work fine for you as long as it's on the list.

Some of the RAM manufacturers have scanners.

    You did what?

Did you or didn't you find the qualified memory list at MSI?

The list at MSI should mention very specific RAM from many manufacturers--ADATA, Crucial, GSkill, and several more.

Look up prices for those specific part numbers at Amazon or Newegg.

Don't bother looking for prices on any RAM that is NOT on the list at MSI.

    rolls eyes @ignatzatsonic

I said that I have been searching off of the supported ram lists on both Newegg and Amazon but when I find is NOT whats recommended often enough I get a black page saying item not found

what I am asking here is if someone that can help me find something off the lists at
    Code:
    https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X470-GAMING-PRO-CARBON#support-mem-11
like a viable link to an actual product...

    i can't find anything using
    Code:
    ADATA AX4U2400316G16-BRZ 2400 hynix 1.2v 16GB
all i get is ssd's and other ram that may not be copatable

Not sure what you are doing.

I don't use AMD or MSI, but I had some luck.

I looked at the list at MSI and saw over 100 listings for your board.

I searched Google for 2 of the part numbers shown for some of the Corsair memory on the list.

The Google results showed that both were in stock and for sale at Newegg.

I just chose 2 random Corsairs.

    Here is one of them:

I use Hynix RAM when I have it without issues. What I get has been reclaimed from computers that are dead for unrelated issues, it's what a lot of the OEMs use [or used to]. It may not be the fastest but so far what I have running is quite stable.
