So occasionally my C0 (active) C-State residency is showing the bulk of the CPU load going to the cores and only a very small amount to the threads. This could be while just on the desktop or gaming. The next time around the load is distributed evenly. The actual thread usage graph shows an even distribution across all cores/threads so why I am seeing this in the C0 State graph of HWiNFO?

Yeah those are some pretty weird readings
Probably won't help but here are mine with only a few we'll say lazy thread readings but I'm usually using by core usage with 4.3 on half of my 10 cores not on all core :)
I don't know what it is either but maybe it is something to do with C-states/power saving having the main cores more active than the hyperthreaded cores. Seems odd, I really have no idea.
I have the same behavior on my PC with C-states disabled in the BIOS. C0 is the operating state. The hyper-threads remain idle under light loads.
That probably makes sense Polo, the hyperthread cores remaining idle under light load. I should check my behavior under load.
