That was the cure for my rather large urge
    Hi,
EVGA's version was dropped only as eye candy cool-aid but nvidia really didn't leave any other options than a larger cost over 1200.us mark making them silly expensive lol

It looks to me that Nvidia is trying to put their AIBs out of business. They've made it almost impossible to compete.

errright, so, while i wait for intel 10nm CPU, id figured i improve the looks and performance a little more. my current pump is a strictly a pwm pump. the specs are 3.2m head pressure and 250l/h flow rate. the new pump im looking at has 3.9m head pressure and 1500l/h flow rate and has a 4 pin molex connector along with a pwm connector. im wondering if the higher flow rate will help with the cooling considering the current pump has just a trickle of water.

    for reference, here my pump:
EK-XRES 100 SPC-60 MX PWM (incl. pump) – EK Webshop

    and the upgraded pump:
EK-XTOP Revo D5 PWM - Plexi (incl. sleeved pump) – EK Webshop

this is the only upgrade option i have with the fluid gaming kit as of now.... so if the upgrade is not worth the $139 i wont bother.

Noober, your system specs appear to be the aluminium kit, which means you can only use aluminium parts. If you look at the pump you are considering, at the bottom of the page in yellow, read the last line.

nope but 2 rads with the cpu and gpu in the same loop, gets a little restrictive. i ended up buying that pump and a bigger res along with a 45deg fitting for the top rad to the cpu to negate a kink thats starting to devolope. i also bought some sleeved cables for the gpu and 2pin. gettin' er' ready for 10nm. lol

yea i know. thats the pump in the kit thats compatible with the kit. EK sells it separate along as an upgrade option for the fluid gaming kit. i posted the one not compatible because it has all the specs listed where on the fluid gaming site, it does not.

OK, sounds good. The D5 is an excellent choice.
