Needing some advice on a liquid cooler

I have the AMD Ryzen 1800X Processor, and my current CPU fan just isn't getting the job done. I have my eye on the Corsair Hydro Series H115i PRO liquid cooler. Can anyone tell me if this is a good cooler, or do you have anything else in mind? I'm a budget, so it has to be rather in that price range.

I would go with one of the larger air-cooled units there nothing on them to fail. as compared to the closed looped water cool pump can fail leaks can occur etc. JMHO the coolmaster has been a top cooler for many years. Use a good TIM I have IC Diamond on mine and haven't had any issues in the last 4 years since the last install

Also if your convinced water cool is what you want to go with a full-blown water cool system.

This is the unit I use, this same unit has been on 2 other builds so the work and they last I have used it with Push and Pull 120 and 140, currently I use a 120 Push and my Idel temps are in the teens seldom get up to 60c under 100 % load for over an hour 40'a normal for heavy use. Prolimatech Megahalems I can't seem to post the link but its on frozenCPU site.

The 115 pro has pretty good fans ML series
Hard to beat corsair warranty so yeah if it's in your budget it's a good choice rather than quite a few other ones that have other quirks.

If the budget and the case could fit it this would be the next step up with copper 360mm radiator... and refillable

I've tried two different Corsair liquid cooling systems, including an h100i. Both had noisy fans (too noisy for me). I've used a Thermatake that had a quiet fan and now using a Deepcool Captain 120ex on my i7 6700. I use the PC for my recording studio and it is quiet.

Ya I live close enough to Philly International, I have planes over head all day, I don`t need them in my computer.

And it`s not so much that they are noisy (they are) it`s just that sound they make that`s annoying, but the cooler itself is OK.

Depending on usage, you should get at least 2.5 to 3 years of life out of it, but as mentioned, the pumps on these all in ones can break at any time.

But, in my opinion, $150 for that amount of time is ok with me.
