Great going Paul, now you got them thermals down, how about getting them clocks up
Thanks Cliff. Lol I think I will just see how she goes for a while. Not sure about this Corsair RMA now either. I was quite shocked to get a 28C drop after gaming and the new temps seem reasonable enough to suggest the cooler isn't actually failing.
Hi,
Get Steve to compare temps and y'all use the same multipliers
Otherwise yeah just monitor the pump and you can always reopen the rma if you need too I did

Thanks, yeah gonna keep a close eye on everything for a while.
Yeah, I bet. I was to nervous to do mine so I sent it in. Very happy with the results
I don't blame you bud. You know me though, I like taking risks lol. This was a very calculated risk though not like the old days of delidding where you would slice it off with a razor. Couple of turns of the alan key and the top was off with no hassle at all.

Just a note about the RMA to corsair, My pump showed it was working great but the temps still went up (and back to normal at times). Think it was air in the system as when I tapped the hot pipe the temps went back down but will climb again soon after. Had to do that a few time a day until I decided to RMA my AIO.
I have spent hours reading over 370Z/390Z, CoffeeLake/CFL Refresh, Cannon Lake, Ice Lake rumors and articles. I have come to some conclusion that there will be nothing released very soon that is of any significant advantage over the 8700K.
There...

Hi all,
I have posted here before about BSOD issues and I thought they had stopped after your help.
Alas, they have returned with a vengeance. The BSODs usually happen when the CPU is under load, they happen often when playing DotA 2 and every...
