    Hi,
Express rma would be like buying a new one and getting it shipped
Then send the old back so it's just processing and shipping time.

    Hey Paul,

I reckon something ain't right there. I am air cooled and got nowhere near that under stress testing with that kind of voltage (in the 70s). It would be in your interest to delid in the end anyhow, but I suspect there is something up with your cooler.

BTW you can get 5 GHz on air 24x7 with these delidded.

Paul, I agree with GeneO. That sounds way too hot for that voltage.

Thanks guy's. I think the delid is still worth it but after what has been said it does sound like the cooler is on it's way out.
I think I will start an rma with corsair tomorrow.

    Hi,
Standard rma is what takes the longest because you send them yours
They process... and send you back another could take 3-4 weeks

Express rma you buy one they ship it and then you return the defective one
    Then Corsair refunds your purchase.
