Asus getting sloppy on the ME firmware version(still using the same ME from the last UEFI update) according to the latest version of ME analyzer: Attachment 218054
If there is no compelling reason, I'd rather they not update the me firmware, why should they?
Rolling back the ME firmware is not something that can be easily done.

You don't know that there was any security vulnerabilities addressed in the newer releases. You would have heard if there was anything major, and if there were, Asus would have updated the firmware.
