Still says 10/2 even if it was updated.

I got 1704 back then as well, but this seems to be an updated version.
Hmm well X-Hero supposedly got that ME version back on the 2nd, no big deal I guess.

It's showing 10/2 for me now as well.

I'm not sure why it had 10/19 on it earlier.

Asus just might do it again in the next couple weeks Shawn. I'm still on a very old bios update right now.
Tried 1704, but went back to older release for now anyways. They might need more updating for the new chips.

If anyone is interested, to see a few BIOS differences between and X & XI series of the Maximus boards, watch this one from GN:
    For example:

    1. Sync ACDC- added
    2. CPU current limit from (X series)140% to (XI Series) 170%
    3. CPU Core/Cache Limit Max. from 255.50 to 255.75(Latest Maximus X BIOS has this change at least, but not the above two)

I've been researching the new XI boards since yesterday ...only the Maximus boards Cliff .... Looking like 450 to over 500 bucks for the few I like.....

Steve(GN) is going to compare 9900K usage with the X Hero with the XI Hero. And I think Tom Logan(OC3D) said he was going to do a compare also with both generation Maximus boards too(9900K in both).

Looks like I am going to wait to see if Asus comes out with the Z390 Maximus XI Apex, as its rumored that they will This would be the only board that has better spec's and OC features that are better than the top of the line Asus ROG Maximus XI Extreme.
These are the 2 best boards that Asus makes, and the most expensive ones of course.

If they update the IME firmware , they will change the BIOS release version.
