Yes I know how to F12 screenshots to a USB stick but you can't access those pics while in the Bios as a reference to restore settings. When you reset the Bios settings there is confirmation page that shows all of the changes that are being reset, that's where I take a snapshot onto my phone as my settings reference...

You can always convert the screenshots from .bmp to .jpeg and upload to your phone.

Ok yes that too! I figure the Save & Reset screen should give your main customized settings, It may be easier than picking them out of the long list when you export all of the Bios settings to .txt Whatever works for you! I kinda wonder what the point of .CMO files and Bios profiles (saved to the Bios) are when we're flashing quite regularly.

Looks like we all have our own ways of profile backing up/restoring. I reset to defaults (in the Bios) then take a picture on my phone of all the changes it presents to you before reverting. One thing it won't show you on that screen is the Q Fan adjustments you've made such as temperature range and duty cycles if you control your fans that way so I screenshot those too.
On the Asus boards, you can dump detailed BIOS settings to a text file on a USB stick. I use it to configure the updated BIOS, then do another text dump and a difference on the two files to make sure I got everything.

Would anybody have any idea why I can't increase my ring ratio? I have it set to 48 but it won't go any higher than 46 (4600Mhz)

What is your core multiplier and are you using an AVX offset? I believe that will affect ring multiplier as well.

Core multiplier is 49 and I didn't set an AVX offset in my Bios setup yesterday...

Seems it was the Ring Down Bin setting, Enabled = the requested max ring ratio may not be observed.

How close to the core clock can we go with these chips? What are you guy's running?

Maximum cache speed should not be closer than300MHz less than core speed.
    Examples.

    core 5000MHz - cache 4700MHz

    core 47000MHz - cache 4400MHz

You can just leave the minimum at auto though, so BIOS can take into account Load Line Calibration, AVX offset, and whhen using balanced power setting in Windows.

    Uncore frequency
Uncore frequency – AKA Cache frequency in the ASUS firmware – can also be overclocked. The actual gains from overclocking the Uncore are application dependent, as it affects L3 cache access times. Generally, we prefer to focus on CPU frequency first, followed by memory frequency, and then we experiment with Uncore frequency.
Voltage wise, the Uncore shares the CPU Vcore rail. As a result, when we increase Vcore, we’re also increasing the Uncore voltage. That’s why there is some sense in overclocking the Uncore; you might as well claim the overclocking margin there is on the table, as you’ll be increasing voltage to the Uncore domain when you overclock the CPU.
From a frequency perspective, good CPU samples are capable of keeping Uncore frequency within 300MHz of the CPU core frequency when the processor is overclocked to the limits using air and water cooling. However, there may be a trade-off for the Uncore versus memory frequency on some CPU samples. If pushing memory frequency beyond DDR4-3800, it may be difficult to obtain stability with a Uncore frequency over 4.7GHz when the CPU cores are overclocked past 5GHz.
Typically, when Vcore is at 1.35V, Uncore frequencies between 4.7~4.9GHz are possible depending upon the quality of the CPU sample. As mentioned in the previous paragraph, CPU core and memory frequency affect how far the Uncore will overclock at a given level of voltage.

I see, I should probably put that back down to 4600Mhz then. Thanks for the info.
