This is der8auer's own site, it's not that well maintained(updated) because he is a very busy exteme overclocker, plus designs systems and works for Case King.
Cheers I will check it out. Thanks. :)

Don't know what der8auer uses, I do know what works for me thou. I would select YES Then leave your Bclk setting to default of 100.0000

Because the Multicore enhancement OC's your system from a preset by ASUS.
You want to set your own BIOS settings.

In that case why does he not set XMP to disabled? Is it known exactly what settings are changed when XMP is enabled?

XMP overclocks your RAM to it's rated speed.
When XMP is off, it runs at Intel's "Guaranteed to work" settings of 2666MHz

So the "all core enhancement" is an additional feature that can be loaded with XMP?

It can, but if you're over clocking, you shouldn't.
ACE basically makes the CPU turbo in all cores, all the time, which is ok for a non-K SKU CPU, as it won't get too hot.
The default for a CPU(no overclocking) is only one core(or two depending on if it's a HEDT(high end desktop) CPU like X series CPU's) turbos.
