Sonic Radar and Sonic Studio are now UWP apps(but not in Store).
I can't use Radar as I don't game or have any, but Studio crashes at opening
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling(standalone install inside E:\Downloads\8507_UAD_WHQL_2018_0815_NAHIMIC\UWP\SonicStudio3_UWP_3.12.3.0) , but NADA.

    Note   Note

On the good side, Realtek audio manager is there so I can still set environment and EQ global settings
Just not for individual apps with Studio.

    But hell, it sounds great!

Yeah maybe.. Do you use the on-board sound on your X-Hero? I would imagine it's pretty decent. I brought a Sound Blaster X-AE-5 a while ago and it's awesome, stunning quality.

    Yep
It's enough for the soundbar and cheap headphones I have connected to the PC.

For "real" audio I have my LG Blue ray home cinema connected to another PC(I use/prefer FLAC for audio), and that kick butt!

Ok I found the system32 versions!
But they are NOT the same as the old versions, and Sonic Studio is now to set up sound for Games only, and not individual EQ's for all your apps.

The system32 "installers" are located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Realtek\Audio\SonicSuite

And they install into: C:\Program Files\ASUSTeKcomputer.Inc\SS2\UserInterface

So just uninstall the crappy UWP versions and use the system32 ones.
    Good listening Maximus memebers

All the drivers installed fine by opening the ASUS setup icon except the Lan drivers. The setup icon would not open at all. I seem to remember a different way to install the Lan drivers but can't remember now of course.
