Could be a Chrome user profile issue. I went to the drivers page in an un-signed in Chrome and the drivers loaded..
Try turning off any ad-blocker add-ons or anti-malware add-ons(or whitelist the page at least):
I had the same problem when I added a list of malware URLs in my HOST file, and not knowing which one it was, I had to delete the whole list(only the malware portion, not the coinhive portion).
Anyhow the page loaded normally after.

Edit: Looks like the Malwarebyte's beta extension is the culprit.
I ended up completely removing MB beta 2 days ago.....on FF. actually caused a couple crashes on this pc.

I am now starting to think about upgrading from my skylake system to replace the motherboard and cpu with this motherboard.
However when I do a search on Amazon a whole different load come up with various prices and I'm not sure which to pick.

I wont be upgrading until later in the year and wonder if I should in fact wait for the new 10nm process to be released.
