    I missed this in your last post:

    "Dominator Platinum modules work with the Corsair Link system for temperature monitoring"

    I couldn't seem to find that but I'm guessing this now works without the cable..

    Corsair forum member seems confident Link will pick up the ram stats as soon as they're plugged in (no cable required)

    Hey guys,

    Pheww, long day! Boards in! Pretty much had to strip the case to get the board in. Good opportunity for cleaning those hard to get spots and tidying up/rearranging the cables and everything.

    My brain is a little fried, I've got tons of Windows setup to do and can't get Windows activated! Will post more build pics and notes in my profile.

    Quite disappointed that the Maximus X on the I/O cover and ROG RGB logos are blocked of view with the rear fan and tail end of the GPU. Of course they look great when the board is empty.

    If still having activation issues try Slui 4 in either run box or command prompt and follow instructions.
