Which if you have the serial number of the old card I'd post it to Zotac and see if ebuyer sent it to them might catch ebuyer in the lie they told you :)

I'd message ebuyer that too that you have the serial number and if they do rma it to Zotac small claims will be required for them to prove they destroyed the gpu and didn't send it to Zotac for another to resell at profit :)

Sent Zotac a message asking if this card has been RMA'd or send back for credit.
