Looks like a power restriction shorting shunt mod gone south, the more I look at it
Andrew, did you over do it with the liquid metal?
    Come on tell us...
    You're among colleagues here
Lol never done or will ever do any mid to the card. If I was it would be on the other side of the card below the 8 pin powder connectors you'd do that mod.

That's what you tell them you'd be happy with.
Well I am happy. Dell is sending me a 850W PSU for my machine and dual RX580's. I guess all my screaming worked. All I had to say is this is my first Dell and I'm very displeased with the level of service I'm getting and I will not be buying another one. I think I threw in there that I'm an IT Pro and was a Lenovo nut and have sold over a 1000 Thinkpad's over the last 5 years and that I've sold two of these so far and I would not be recommending then anymore. My opinion holds a lot of sway where I live. When you can convince life long Mac users to buy $3K Thinkpad's and they like them people come back for more recommendations. I'm evil I know.

Yes, I work full time IT to pay the bills. Tech companies are one of the few things that set me off.
