Ugh, that's one piss poor manual, almost nothing about BIO Settings. Did you move that dial to Performance > F10 > Save ?
I'll check that. The dial did move 'somehere' I think when i activated OC Tuner

Ok i moved the dial to far right and it said ASUS Optimal (but in red?) Saved and exit

Yep, that's first stage. Now if you look at left side there should be DOCP that's st as Disabled. If you click on down triangle, it should give you possible speeds for RAM.

    OK , I opened DOCP and asked for profile one - the only one - and it told me this: D.O.C.P. DDR4 - 2133 13-15-15-28 - 1.2

DOCP in advanced said same numbers.

Yeah and other meaning too. Seriously, can't/won't you buy something faster, like 3000MHz ?

you'd have to explain what the 3000MHz is, MB?

I am 68 now, I dont think its worth going sooper dooper now Thanks for all your efforts and patience. It is greatly appreciated. So, now its safe to leave my BIOS alone and let it run?

I hope this thread helps others, the info in invaluable.

Your present RAM is made for and work at 2133MHz and new one to look for would be for 3000MHz frequency.
BTW, I'm 70 and still like to play.
