    Yeah no big deal air cooler is still as is though
    But I do understand new is a lot better than used for many
    I know I'd rather have a new card :)

    I doubt we will see a Titan with significant boosts over RTX2080Ti until nVidia switch to 7nm or similar process. These Touring dies are huge. Pascal was different, and the RTX2080Ti is the 20-series equvalent of the 10-series Titan.
