I guess +300MHz is enough to give a noticeable performance increase, maybe that's what I need on my 1080 Ti. Only way I'll get it is by watercooling though.
    Hi,
    Possibly
I can only get about 2050 on water and even it is hit and crash usually
2038 is about an average accomplishment on my 1080ti pretty under whelming actually :)
Only good thing is memory wise can usually do 900+

Playing with MSI Afterburner a little this morning. I don't use this app hardly at all, but thought I would try it out this morning.

My best titan under water will go to 2100 core and 1000 mem. The other is very close to the same on core but only 800 on memory. This is at room temps.

Chilled down I can get another 30- 50 on the core

+300MHz is the highest I can OC, it is not sable with stressful benchmarks while still using the stock cooling and no Voltage mods.

GPUPi can successfully run with this OC.
