Mike did you use the small one?
Your avatar isn't GIFing.
The other one is too large a file.

I see what happened, File Explorer listed the wrong size, where properties said it was just a tad bigger, that makes a difference:
try this one

I need to look at the highlighted values in properties, to get the file size to what it allowed
