Mine is too. I had the same problem as Brian but can't remember exactly what I did to fix it.
I finally got it :)
After setting it to 165Hz, you have to push the button straight in again, dam they make this so difficult
And there`s no manual for it at all, at least not in the box.
I just booted into my W7 drive, and the graphics are terrible with this monitor, horrible. Even after installing the latest driver. What the hell is going on here

You might have to add some ICC profiles for your new monitor Brian. Read the info on this site, Andrew gave me this link last night.

Hi,
I'd say delete the asus ICC profile if it's as bad as the AOC ICC profile which turns windows photo viewer nice light blue into pink no telling what other colors it screws up :)
Use sRGB ICC profile :)
