Message from 3rd party seller:
Hi bordi,
We have arranged for UKMAIL the courier to collect the item from you tomorrow.
A new shipment will get processed for you tomorrow for delivery the day after with a WiFi version of the board being sent to you.
It seems there was a picking error in the warehouse and we apologise for this.
Regards
Customer Service
My response
Can you please make sure the new BOX of the ASUS ROG MAXIMUS X HERO (WI-FI AC) shipment scheduled for today is FACTORY SEALED BRAND NEW and UNOPENED as the one you sent me WAS NOT and who knows what may be missing from it?

I recently made two orders from Amazon of Noctua stuff and both orders sat in the merely ordered stage for four days. The second order I went into Chat and complained (nicely enough) that this wasn't Amazon's usual service. They responded that they were taking measures to correct the situation and it would not happen again. They also gave free two day shipping on the second order. On a third order the items shipped the very day I ordered. Don't know what was going on that they were "taking measures" but perhaps Noctua stuff was part of it, maybe low on stock after Christmas. Anyway, they do aim to please.
