Need to benchmark the input/output speed on a ssd(s)

Need to check the I/O of my ssd with different configurations adapter's hardware etc. I have recently noticed a slow down of the system in the last week or so. Windows sfc /scannow, Dism etc shows no errors. Already tried the Exploit protection setting without any difference. But I want hard numbers rather than seem like stuff.

TX.. Tried that a little bit earlier. My results were terrible, 541Mb/s read and 348 Mb/s write. If that is correct, I got lots of problems. Tried version 5 and 6. Tried same test on one of my HDD, results were 182 & 116.

Took another Benchmark with a program called NovaBench, pretty much the same. Numbers don't mean much unless you go to their site and do a comparison against other cpu, ram, gpu and disk scores from other users. Looks like mine is somewhere in the middle. At least I have a number now that I can test against. Tx My SSD is Adata sp550, will try it again with my sammy

    What are you benchmarking ? A Samsung 830 ?

What are the advertised speeds for it ?

That`s an old drive. Is it running at Sata 3 6Gbps ?

Speeds look at par for those disks, how much did you expect ?
To make sure they run at their maximum speeds, make sure they are plugged in SATA3, in AHCI mode, Trim is enabled and that you have right drivers for SATA controller.

When using CrystalDiskMark set your test file size to 1GB and your Que depth to 32 for SATA SSD's Your numbers should improve.
