Wired network needs reboot to come up

There have been quite a few issues with Windows 10 lately for me (e.g. Somebody else is logged in at shutdown - Windows 10 Forums and Windows key stops working frequently - Windows 10 Forums).

Another issue is that the wired network usually fails to connect when starting up the computer the first time. When doing a immediate reboot it comes up. How to solve this problem?

When you say doesn't come up does it get an IP if so what is it? If it fails open cmd prompt type ipconfig /all post results then type ipconfig / renew does it work then? Have you tried setting a static IP

There is no IP allocated. I found a post (in Swedish - Märkligt problem med nätverk vid uppstart av Windows, ibland avstängt, ibland inte - Microsoft Windows) that suggested using Device Manager and Search for new hardware - and that did the trick; the network came up. But I do not want to have to do that every time I start the computer.

Try a quick router reboot pal :)
