    Hi Gilbeh,
After many searches, I've finally found the solution to this very annoying problem. Hope it'll work for you too. Read on:
    https://superuser.com/questions/1237194/https-ssl-or-tls-issue-with-browsers-on-windows-10
    In short:
Open a Command prompt with Administrative rights and type:
    netsh int ip reset
    And reboot.
    That's it :)

Done that and all other "fixes". Doesn't help!

    I would do these things.

Reset your router, each has a different process so you will need manual.

Ensure firmware is up to date in router.

Ideally you could borrow a router to test with.

Use a wired connection and see if it continues. If you are already using wired use a different cable.

Finally I would do an inplace repair / upgrade. This will move you to 1803 if you aren't already on this version. Be be aware.

I recommend a full data backup although process is non destructive.

Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

Check DNS settings for both network adapters. Your Wifi might be set to use a different DNS server.

Getting message when trying to connect - Windows 10 Forums

Option Two follow steps then pick a DNS server from the list in item 7. Personally I use CloudFlare DNS

EDIT: Reset router first as already suggested.
