    Virtual hotspot doesn't share bandwidth

    Recently I switch windows 10 creator from windows 7 . I am trying to create a virtual wi-fi hotspot on windows 10 pc/desktop by cmd. and it create a virtual hotspot perfectly but problem is that it doesn't share my bandwidth from pc to my phone .I can connect from my phone with this hotspot but it's just loading doesn't show anything . Have any solution for this please help me . Thank you !
