I will check all of this, right after I back to home from foreign ( in 2 days ). Thank you for helping!
I will tell you everything that I found. Then maybe it will be easier to help other guys :)

    EDIT:
I used two cables to test. (They used the same cables while testing).

    First, mine: Cat 5e
Second, from the Huawei Router: I don't know exactly, it only says it's EIA/TIA 568B-CM standard

No idea how to check NIC at the moment. Will do that after return.
And I don't have that option "wait for link"

I would lay this at the feet of telco. They must have some idea how NIC should be configured. Cat 5e is a solid cable.

Another option, and not a great one, purchase a network expansion card, one they will let you return, and test. They are relatively inexpensive.

I joined Huawei and they have a forum. Given they deal with this gear maybe a member there will have bright idea.

They say nothing. Only that I have to set up "auto mode".
So, I need to buy new Network Card. What a weird problem. I never met such a thing.

    Not much help.

You said it worked with your old router. I wonder if Windows is remembering something that you to flush. Nothing to lose trying this.

Run the following four bolded commands. Use a Command Prompt(admin)
Do not key in info in brackets, there for your information.

ipconfig /flushdns (Clear the dns cache)
nbtstat -RR (release and refesh NetBIOS names)
netsh int ip reset (reset ip settings)
netsh winsock reset (Reset Winsock Catalog)

After that I'm out ideas. Sorry.

No problem. Thank you for help anyway :) I learnt a lot :).
I will stay with two routers at the moment and I still think, it's Windows related problem. Because in BIOS, the network came immediately. I think I should send the issue to windows devs directly.
