Personal Folders & Libraries Missing in Homegroup

I can never catch a break with this feature of Windows, seriously...

Example of the "Personal" folders/libraries I am talking about (NOT from my computer):

My computer (only "Shared" folders/libraries show up):

Does anyone know how to fix this?

EDIT: This seems to not be the case when using a Microsoft Account, only when using a Local Account. Does a Local Account in Windows 10 not support this?

If the Libraries are not shared to each other on a Homegroup, you will not see them. Libraries are just basically shortcuts to the actual folders. I always suggest to just use standard network sharing, because at some point, Home Group will screw up.

How do you share the libraries to each other?

Control Panel > HomeGroup > Change what you're sharing with HomeGroup

You do it in the Home Group settings. Again, they are just direct shortcuts to the actual folders. Home Group at some point is going to stop working and then you will have to go with standard Network Sharing of those folders that you want or just use the Public Folders.
