Cannot connect to domain error 1355

I'm having an issue that I've seen on numerous forums but I've yet to figure out...

I cannot connect new or refreshed PCs to the domain. All PCs on the network are Windows 10, our server is Windows Server 2012. I am using an ethernet connection on the network.

When trying to connect to the domain from the local account I'm advised: "That domain couldn't be found. Check the domain name and try again."
I've tried both just the name and also the name.local

I've tried disabling the firewall and IPv6 but I CANNOT get this or any new computer connected to the domain..

    Any assistance would be appreciated!

I'm thinking the issue has to do with the AD DS on the server...Looking into this now

NetBios was NOT enabled on this computer, it is now. I ran a tracert to domain name. 30 hops with the last 18 timing out....

Same subnet for this office. I cannot ping the domain from any computer on my network or on the other subnet but we are all logged in... The service "MSSQLServerADHelper100" has stopped running and I cannot get it back up. Could this be a problem?

Solved. DNS on Server lost IP address. Cisco Router was not passing DNS server to clients.
