    Hey wortex,
Post the results of you ipconfig /all

Seems like you've got a lot going on with that PC. I would go back to the basic, just for a sanity check :)
Do the following, if you haven't done so recently (They can take awhile :) )
    Open Command Prompt as Admin
    sfc /scannow
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

If the firewall is inactive is this ports still blocked/open?
If the Firewall is turned off it shouldn't be blocking anything.
I'm guessing your NOT running any 3rd party firewall ?

What do i need to check on HT-PC to solve the problem? Which services need to running and which settings in regedit needs to be fullfilled?
DHCP Client - running (Startup Type - Automatic)
DNS Client - running (Startup Type - Automatic / Trigger Start)
Function Discovery Resource Publication - runnning (Startup Type - Automatic / Delayed Start)
Network Connections - running (Startup Type - Manual)
Network Location Awareness - running (Startup Type - Automatic)
Remote Procedure Call (RPC) - running (Startup Type - Automatic)
Server - running (Startup Type - Automatic)
TCP/IP Netbios helper - running (Startup Type - Manual / Trigger Start)
Workstation - running (Startup Type - Automatic)
UPnP Device Host - running (Startup Type - Manual)

Still get NetBIOS over tcpip disabled from Ipconfig /all.
NetBIOS over tcpip is enabled in properties and also in regedit in ...NetBT\Parameters\Interfaces\Tcpip {1707....} NetbiosOption = 1. I have verified correct interface by change NetBIOS Setting in WINS.
You can try and reset the tcp/ip
    Open Command Prompt as Admin
    netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

    Hi Eagle51

I have done all cleanup and also the tcpip reset. Still sharing problem after restart
All firewalls are disabled and the services are configured as your list

On my HT-PC, all computers are now listed in Network list and i can se all 4 shared HT-PC folders. but when I click on one of my shared HT-PC folders under Network I get this error message during network diagnostic.

    Problem found
The remote device or resource won´t accept the connection

"The divice or resource (HT-PC) is not set up to accept connections om port "The File and printer sharing (SMB)".

    Do you know why?

    Hey wortex,
    Lets check SMB ...
    1. Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows Features On or Off and make sure SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support is enable/checked.

    2. Open PowserShell as Administrator run the following command and paste results
    Get-SmbServerConfiguration | Select EnableSMB1Protocol, EnableSMB2Protocol

Hi Eagle51 & thanks for quick response

I am very grateful for your help

1 was not enabled. I enabled it and restarted the HT-PC, but now the HT-PC is not visible in Network list on any computer.

...then i run 2 and both was true.

    Next step?
