Win10 PC must be booted before Win7 otherwise network drives missing?

hi Eagle51, ive done some research on MaintainServerList. It seems this is just a setting that effectively says "regardless of whether youve been assigned as Master browser or not, make sure you maintain the server list just in case you do get assigned as Master, then you have the list so you can do the job."

perhaps the registry settings "IsMasterBrowser" and "IsDomainMaster" might be the ones that are more relevant to this problem? These seem to be the keys that are actually responsible for forcing the Master Browser onto a PC, and in turn might be a workaround for this problem?

I've tried both with NO affect on the Win10 Network Discovery/Master Browser issue
