How to lock down Windows 10 from all remote access?

    Hi all,

Just to begin - I know there are always ways into a computer that is connected to the internet, so please spare us all the usual 'You can't ever 100% secure a networked computer' posts. Also, please spare the usual 'how do you know you're being hacked?' thread-sidetracking. You don't need to be hacked to be security conscious.

Could a real, professional Windows expert advise on all the ways I can secure a Windows 10 PC against remote access while still maintaining Web Browsing functionality?

I'm very familiar with the OS and have no problems using CMD Prompt commands, .bat files, Powershell, editing services, regedit etc. Don't hesitate to link to guides or provide code involving any of the above.

The short version: I don't want Windows to voluntarily share ANY files on the hard drive whatsoever, and I don't want Windows to voluntarily provide ANY information concerning internet activities, or identifiable traces that link back to this computer - whatsoever.

Turn off RDC in System. No one can connect if you do not enable shares, same as not allowing RDC. A "Professional" Windows expert are those who have rolled up their sleeves and have figured out how to fix problems on a machine when someone asks them for assistance.
