Ethernet does not have valid IP configuration, but WiFi working

Good evening folks, I've run myself into a bit of a pickle with this one.

After noticing that I had suddenly lost ethernet connectivity to my router, I went to go through the basic troubleshooting of restarting all of the things. Alas I was interrupted by a nice BSOD when restarting my PC. Ever since this event, I have only been able to aquire a connection to my router via WiFi. I have tried various ethernet cables and ports to no avail.

Here is a current ipconfig /all ... hoping someone out there can help me sort this out. Thanks in advance!

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>ipconfig /all

Ok, interestingly enough my ethernet is suddenly back from the grave. The only thing I've done differently was connect another PC to the router via ethernet which seems to have "boosted" my ethernet connection for lack of a better term. Here's another ipconfig /all for comparison, do let me know if you notice anything interesting here. I'd like to have some background for when this inevitably comes back to bite me in the butt.
