OK... I went and changed that...removed the #

(I moved the hosts document to desktop... made the changes
and saved it ...then moved it back to etc. I couldn't find any
other way to do that... kept refusing to let me save it to etc.)

And YIPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

Karen, remember what I said about static IP. DHCP is the default setting for all connections in home systems -- in Windows, Linux, Mac. Unless someone set up static IPs for your computers, then you might run into trouble down the line when DHCP changes the IP of SuperComputer. At this time, your hosts setting will very likely break your connections.

It is quite easy to set up a static IP. A Google search will give you easy-to-follow tutorials.
