How to see the IPs your PC is connected to?

    Hi

I am having a lag while playing Battlefield 1, so to pin -point its source I was using the trace-rt command.
Among other things I want to test the trace to the game server, for that, I need to know it's IP address.

I was using the resource monitor to see all Battlefield 1 connections, and got this kind of result:
How to see the IPs your PC is connected to?-image.png

can someone help me read the results?
why do I see My PC name as the address of remote connection?
why do I see the unresolved "hosted-by.i3d.net" domain name instead of an actual IP?
how can I find out the IP behind hosted-by.i3d.net"?

    any help would be appreciated.

Convert Host Name to IP Address or Find IP address of a host - e.g. find IP address of host name of
    IP Address : 79.71.92.205
    Host Name : 79-71-92-205.dynamic.dsl.as9105.com

Thank you for your answer, however "hosted-by.i3d.net" could not be resolved on this website.

Is there any other way I can monitor all my processes connections except resource monitor?

There are plenty of programs. Just search... Some are extremely technical, some simple. It depends what you're trying to do.

    E.g.

From GlassWire: You'll be shocked by how many applications on your computer are sending your private data over the Internet without you knowing. GlassWire's free firewall and network monitor helps protect your privacy & security by monitoring your network activity for suspicious activity. Once suspicious activity is detected you can block the potential threat with GlassWire's built in firewall management tool. GlassWire visualizes all your network activity on an easy to use graph. Click anywhere on the graph to see what applications and hosts are accessing the network from your computer. Our software automatically resolves host names so it's easy to see who or what your computer is communicating with over the Internet. Go to the Firewall tab to see what applications have accessed the Internet and block any that are suspicious, violating your privacy, or wasting your bandwidth. GlassWire uses Windows built in firewall so no instability is introduced into your system by third party firewall drivers. The idle time monitor shows what network activity occurred while you were away from your computer. Have you ever wondered what your computer does at night when you're asleep? You can see what was going on with GlassWire by checking out its graph. The dark part of the graph with the clock icon is the time period when your computer was logged out and idle. Do you run game or web servers? GlassWire can monitor your remote servers for potential security problems, bandwidth usage, and overall network activity. Are you tired of getting charged for bandwidth overages by your ISP? GlassWire can save you money by alerting you when you near your monthly bandwidth limit. It's also possible to see what applications are hogging your bandwidth and block them with GlassWire's built in firewall manager. GlassWire's Internet time machine feature allows you to go back in time up to 30 days to see what network activity your computer had in the past. If you don't want to record your network activity turn on GlassWire's Incognito mode or delete your history easily via GlassWire's settings. GlassWire protects your privacy by helping you see what applications and services are phoning home. Download GlassWire for free and help protect your computer and privacy. GlassWire is not an antivirus, but instead it works with your antivirus to give you extra security. GlassWire uses limited system resources and doesn't slow down your computer.

Nirsoft provides some free utilities to look up domains and IP addresses e.g.
Domain name search tool (Whois) for Windows
