i have a problem with my internet on my w10 it stopped working i guess in between yesterday and today, basiclly it says unidentiffied network no internet connection and when i trouble shoot it says that i dont have a valid ip adress, i have tried to restart everything pluging everything out from the modems to the router to the pc it self
Welcome to the forum. Open a cmd prompt type ipconfig /all then post results if the ip starts with 169 then its not getting a ip from the router its could be a cable fault or a router port fault does the router show a light were the cable is plugged in
