    Connected, no internet

I have a FIOS G1100 router/modem. I have a desktop with Ethernet connection and laptop with wifi connected bit both say "connected, no internet." The two indicator lights on the front of the router are white indicating it is working. I've tried suggestions from other threads online using the netsh refresh commands in cmd prompt. Frontier communications can't seem to figure out the issue. Any ideas?

What other threads? Did you purchase this unit off of eBay? It is a pretty old unit and the Greenwave units are not the best Wifi radios. Also that Gateway has to be activated by VZ, since it is in fact a Gateway and you will not be able to use it until the unit is outside of the "Walled Garden". Everything you need to know about activating and setting up the unit is at Fios Quantum Gateway Router Troubleshooting - Small Business Internet Customer Service | Verizon

If purchased off of eBay and not working, just hope that you can get your money back. Otherwise you are sol.

This unit came from Verizon and I have had it for over a year. My internet was working fine until yesterday when it stopped. I tried to flush the dns and release the ip and renew, but it just isn't working. Connected, no internet-1494255555988.jpg

If it is not working, you need to contact VZ.
