Quick Assist fails

    Quick Assist fails


    Try to GIVE assistance and the code field is blank.
    Try to GET assistance and it fails.

    SFC /scannow is clean. Ideas?

    Sorry I can't help you on specific question but a product I use to perform same function is Teamviewer available at Teamviewer.com.

    Lots of functionality and free for none commercial use. Very reliable.

    Thanks Ken. I'm aware of TV. QA is very slick, when it works - which it isn't for my friend. It appears that he may have to do a 'reset' to get it up to par ... or perhaps await the impending W10 major upgrade.
