Most times setting up a new Router will use the DHCP setting in Windows but ISPs will allow subscribing to a fixed IP, good for use in businesses and Web hosting, but more costly.

After I changed it for i cant connect to some sites and other stuff
You have no control over the assigned external IP address. I think you are confusing the routers internal LAN IP address which you can set with the ISP WAN IP address which you cannot set.

If you cannot connect to some sites, that is probably due to dnd server address. I usually set mine to 8.8.8.8.

You should be able to configure your router LAN IP address from within the router config.

That is cloudflare and my explain why you cannot get to some sites as it hides your details and not all sites may respond to hidden details. Try 8.8.8.8 and see if that sorts it?

    I tried 8.8.8.8 but it didn't work.
I just reset my router and I want to revert it back to how it was
    I still don't have internet
