    I had found a solution to this on hindi website
    Open registry editor , then HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run... and make new string , name it "Wifi and Cortana Error" without double cote , after entering ok double click on the string and set the value exactly "cftmon"="CFTMON.EXE" click ok and restart
    It works with me perfectly
