    Having problems with my internet

Having real big problem with the internet. When i am in the log in screen i can connect to the wifi. But once im logged in its impossible. The toolbar icon is gone, none of the available network even show, can connect through "system, setting, network". And, to top it all off, i have to log in every time i turn on my computer. So, every time i turn off my computer it forgets the wifi. im at my wits end here guys. I have reinstalled my wireless netowrk adapter multiple times, as well as resetting my wireless network setting multiple times. I've spend hours on google and forums trying to find a solution, but nothing helps. Im starting to believe that this is a system error or something wrong with windows 10, but i dont know.
